Why become a Nurse?

There are many reasons to become a Nurse. Nursing happens to be the fastest-growing occupation in the US. Nurses make up the majority of the healthcare industry, and that number’s going up, with 581,500 more nursing jobs by 2018. Although projected job outlook is important when deciding on a career ultimately it is more important to be passionate about what you do.To be a good nurse you must be compassionate, patient, ethical and skillful which may not be everyone's cup of coffee. For me it is the only thing I can see myself doing for the rest of my life.
